In the early 2000’s Kevin and Michael went in the business of buying and fixing up student rentals near Indiana University’s campus. After multiple successful investments within the community, Rubicon Custom Homes was born. Our start was modest, building a single spec home at time, but as our passion for design and quality craftsmanship grew, it became obvious that custom home building would be our future. Relying on mostly word of mouth and delivering a quality product, Rubicon Custom Homes continued to see growth through one of the worst real estate markets in history. For nearly 10 years, each season has bettered the last and brought with it growth and new unique projects expecting the level of detail and quality that Rubicon has become known for.
