RCV was founded in February 2013 when the owner, Jay Nelson, a U.S. Army Veteran saw there was a deep lack of customer service and professionalism in the local roofing market.

There was little to no care given to the client or the employees, contractors were not responsive, and workmanship issues were not addressed.

He started RCV Roofing, Siding & Gutters and vowed to live up to these values. The company experienced immediate success and growth. Within 3 years, RCV was the largest residential roofing company in Bloomington.
